    Areas of Practice

As technology becomes faster and smarter, our ability to think critically, build meaningful relationships and navigate complexity becomes increasingly valuable.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, organisational transformation and experiential learning, focussing on the capabilities that help individuals, leaders and organisations adapt, learn and create meaningful change.

    Leadership Development

    How People Lead

Effective leadership is about more than knowledge or technical expertise. It requires self-awareness, communication, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity, alongside others

My work in this area focuses on helping leaders better understand themselves, strengthen relationships and lead with greater intention.

    Areas of interest include:
    • Self-awareness and leadership
    • Communication and relationships
    • Leadership presence
    • Decision-making under pressure
    • Navigating change and uncertainty

    Organisational Transformation

    How Organisation Change

Organisations are navigating unprecedented technological, workforce and cultural change. Successful transformation requires more than strategy and technology alone

My work in this area focuses on the human factors that influence adoption, culture, leadership and organisational performance.

    Areas of interest include:
    • Human-centred transformation

    • AI adoption & engagement
    • Leadership and culture
    • Workforce capability

    EXperiential Learning

    How People Learn

Experiential learning creates opportunities for people to learn through direct experience, reflection and observation. Rather than discussing leadership, communication or relationships in theory, participants engage with them in practice.

This approach can be applied across a range of settings and learning environments, supporting individuals and teams to strengthen self-awareness, communication, relationships and decision-making in ways that are practical, engaging and memorable.

One approach I use is Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), an experiential methodology that uses guided interactions with horses to explore leadership style, communication, relationships and self-awareness.
